Moulds of varying sizes can be made in-house using the latest resin and gel-coat finishes. Using the finished full scale model or pattern, the open mould is then built up around it and structure applied where necessary. We are able to apply splits, metal inserts for fixing and a gloss or textured finish to the mould.
